1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

2. How can I return an item?

To return an item, simply contact us at support@principlecarpentry.uk within 30 days of receiving your product. We’ll provide you with return instructions. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. Returns should be sent using a tracked delivery service. Once your return is processed, we’ll issue a refund within 7 business days.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process orders promptly, typically within 1 business day. For UK orders, we offer Express Delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

4. What are your shipping costs?

  • For orders under £200, the shipping cost is £7.99.
  • For orders over £200, we offer free shipping. No code is needed to qualify for free shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on your order and delivery address.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are unable to ship to international locations at this time.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress. If you haven’t received your tracking information, please contact us at support@principlecarpentry.uk for assistance.

7. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@principlecarpentry.uk. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can still return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.

8. What should I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@principlecarpentry.uk. We will arrange for a return, free of charge, and either issue a full refund or send a replacement depending on your preference. Please provide photos of the damage or fault to expedite the process.

9. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns on personalized or customized items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. Additionally, used or opened items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more information on exceptions.

10. How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at support@principlecarpentry.uk.

11. Do you offer gift cards?
