Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Exemptions:
- Products that are opened or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- We cannot accept returns for customized or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
- If the product you received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no additional cost and arrange for a full refund or replacement.
